Information for members of the orchestra

If you know you are going to miss a rehearsal or a concert, perhaps because of a planned holiday or work commitment, please give us as much advance notice as possible so that we can plan rehearsal schedules and, if necessary, book extra players. You can do this by printing off and returning this Absence Form (opens in a new window) to the Members' Rep Rachel (trumpet) or the Orchestral Manager Pam (double bass). The absence form requires Adobe Acrobat which you can download from the Adobe website (opens in a new window) or you can get paper copies of the form from Rachel.

You can also email Rachel by completing the on-line Absence Form.
