Information for members of the orchestra
If you know you are going to miss a rehearsal or a concert, perhaps because of a planned holiday or work commitment, please give us as much advance notice as possible so that we can plan rehearsal schedules and, if necessary, book extra players. You can do this by printing off and returning this Absence Form to your Players' Representative, Rachel (trumpet), or the Orchestral Manager, Pam (double bass). You can also email Rachel to let her know (rachel.chapman@tiscali.co.uk) or for really short-notice absences (e.g. illness or car trouble) please telephone 01604 792207 before 7.00pm on the day of the rehearsal. The absence form requires Adobe Acrobat which you can download here. You can also get copies of the form from Rachel.
