The contact details you supply (name, address, telephone number and email address) will only be used to provide you with the information you have requested. If you become a Friend of NSO your details will be added to our Friends mailing list so we can keep you informed of future concerts, and will be retained for as long as you remain a Friend of NSO. If you reserve tickets for NSO concerts through this web site we will only retain your information until the date of the concert, in case we need to contact you regarding any late changes or cancellations.

Disclosure of Information
Your personal details will only be used by Northampton Symphony Orchestra, and we will NOT disclose this information to anyone else without first obtaining your permission.

Email Addresses
Northampton Symphony Orchestra will not send you unwanted email messages or junk mail, nor knowingly pass your email address to any third party engaged in such activities. Furthermore we take every precaution to minimise the risk of computer viruses using stored email address lists to send unsolicited email.

Use of Cookies

All transactions for tickets bought through the NSO website are carried out by PayPal (Europe) Ltd who have their own privacy policy. If you wish buy tickets using PayPal or a credit/debit card we recommend you read the PayPal privacy policy beforehand. Northampton Symphony Orchestra does not have access to any of your financial information as a result of on-line ticket purchases.

NSO Shop
The NSO Shop is provided in association with Amazon.co.uk who have their own privacy policy, which can be found at the foot of their main page. If you wish to make a purchase through the NSO Shop we recommend you read the Amazon.co.uk privacy policy beforehand. Northampton Symphony Orchestra does not have access to any of your personal information, order history or billing data as a result of any purchase you make through the NSO Shop.
